At Six Twists, we believe wine education should be every bit as indulgent as it is inspiring. Join us for a guided afternoon with our sommelier Aleida, as she leads you through the art of pairing sweet sparkling wines with decadent desserts.
The Experience:
The classic rule of thumb is that wine should be at least as sweet as the dessert it accompanies—but Aleida will show you when (and why) it’s worth breaking the rules. Together, you’ll sip, savor, and discover combinations that elevate both glass and plate.
